Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

1. General Admission

A valid ticket admits one person to the Christmas Party on the specified date.

Entry is only permitted with a valid physical or digital ticket.

2. Booking & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise stated under cancellation terms.

Group bookings must be paid in full by the date specified in your confirmation.

3. Event Details

Doors open at [19:30], with the event running until [00:00].

4. Cancellations & Changes

The hotel reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, guests will be offered a refund or alternative date.

Individual cancellations are not eligible for refund unless due to exceptional circumstances (at management’s discretion).

5. Dietary Requirements

All dietary requirements must be communicated at the time of booking or no later than the date of purchase.

While we aim to accommodate allergies and intolerances, we cannot guarantee the absence of trace allergens.

6. Age Restrictions

This event is for guests aged 18 + only.

ID may be required for entry and for alcohol purchases.

7. Behaviour & Conduct

The hotel reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests displaying inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe behaviour.

Guests are responsible for their own conduct and for any damage caused to hotel property.

8. Liability

The hotel accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen personal belongings.

Attendance is at your own risk; the hotel is not liable for personal injury unless due to negligence.

9. Photography & Media

Photos and videos may be taken for promotional purposes. Please inform a member of staff if you do not wish to appear in such materials.

10. Parking & Accessibility

Limited on-site parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, charged at £12.00.
